We ship anywhere within the continental United States. Packages shipped outside of Tennessee will not be subject to sales tax. To obtain a shipping price, we will need your street address, city, state, and zip code. We ship by UPS, so you will be able to track your package.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
We do NOT accept returns on fabrics or trims. We inspect all fabrics before shipping, but if there is a problem, we will take care of it.

Our location is at 4308 Sidco Drive in Nashville, Tennessee. Our store is only a couple of minutes off of I-65, about halfway between downtown Nashville and Brentwood. From either location, it takes about five minutes (barring the occasional traffic jam).
From Nashville: take I-65 South to Exit 78A, Harding Place. Cross over the interstate, turn left at the first light onto Sidco Drive.
From Brentwood or Franklin: take I-65 North to Exit 78, Harding Place. The exit ramp ends at a stoplight. The middle lane crosses Harding Place and goes into Sidco Drive.
**Once you are on Sidco Drive, The Fabric House is the second building on the right. (We are about a half block from the Cracker Barrel Restaurant on the opposite side of the street.)
